Unable to Process Object ID <big number> (object 'custom_table0_040717' <<cannot see the rest>>)

When attempting to create the first ever remote database for a newly implemented Act! 2010 SP1 HF1 database, we get a failure with the above error.

Have done rebuilds, Fix known schema issue, as per another note here, to no avail.  Have turned off sync on database, run rebuilds, re-indexed, turned on sync again, no change.

This is a database that was converted from a single user 2007 database.  The table referneced is the first spill over or custom table shown in the Field analysis report.

No error occured when converting from 2007 format or when importing a database created from a multi user Act! 6 database - everything was smooth as silk.

Is the best way to clear this up at this point to create a new empty database, recreate all of the custom fields and then import records from this nasty file?

I was able to finagle the dialog to see rest of error - it finishes "because this dbcc command does not support objects of this type."

Database services, call them, fixing it without them might be possible, but they have for sure seen it before.
