I am unable to view the Help! Topics in ACT 2011 premium on my RDB. I viewed them a couple of weeks ago, and cannot figure out how to correct the issues.
I get this following link, but cannot access it:
The preferences are set to open the last database on startup.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Today I was able to view the Help! Topics when I took the link from the failed IE browser: file:///C:/ProgramData/Sage%20Software,%20Inc/Sage%20ACT!/188.8.131.52/WebHelp/Default.htm#2002
I don't know why that worked today. Is there any way I can get this back to IE? I'm using IE version 11
I am not on the 'web' version, but RDB of Premuim 2011 .Thank you much.
