We just upgraded to Act v20.1 Upgrade 3 and I have one user who cannot right click in a field and select the Lookup option. It's not greyed out, but it just sits there and doesn't do anything. He is able to use the Navigation bar and search that way. I should further specify that this user is connected to a remote database, so it's separate from the network environment. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Act with no luck. Has anyone else come across this?

So far I only have the one person on the remote. I can test it with one more user who uses Act less frequently, but it's going to be a week or so before I can do that.
It is the same result for each field.

This was fixed after uninstalling and reinstalling Act under an admin login. I believe the user's permissions were locked down too much to install this under his login.
