Running ACT Premium v21 on Windows 10. Shared database hosted on PC/server
On one of our PC's running ACT - dates for Histories are showing in US format (other contact fields seem to show UK format dates). I suspect when updating to v21 it has been installed as the US version. Is there any way that the date format can be reset other than uninstalling and reinstalling? Any suggestions appreciated.

Check the date settings on the PC, sounds like they are the problem. ACT takes its date format from windows configuration so the PC may have been set to USA out of the box and not been changed.

Been playing with this a bit further as when checked the PC date setting appeared to be in the UK format. However, the PC only had the US English Language pack installed - UK Date format set but US Language Pack installed. I have now installed the UK English Language Pack and removed the US English Language Pack. This appears to have resolved the problem but only time will tell as the formatting was changing intermittently but the initial indications are good.
It appears that ACT may be basing its date setting on the Language Pack that is installed and does not merely rely on the date format settings.
