We updated yesterday to Act v10.0.3.182, Hotfix 1 and when we send now an email, ACT doesn't create a history for the email. When we check our preferences, "history options" is set to "attach to contact". But when we start writing an email by clicking on a email address in ACT "history options" is set to "none. When we start writing an email in ACT email then the "history option" is ok. Is there someone with the same problems and more interesting a solution? We use ACT email client.
