In the last 24 hours my ACT keeps crashing each time I try to send out a mail merge of about 100 contacts. I rebooted but that didnt make a differnce.
I am trying to update but when get an update but ACT is saying that "You do not have permission to download the updates. You must be a Windowns Adminstrator. >> I am the owner and only user of this laptop.
Can someone please help?

Right click on Act! when you start it up and select run as administrator.

I ran it as Adminstrator - and it is backing up before doing the update. I am hoping this update will eliminate the constant crashing.
