1. Companies aren't being created when new contacts come in from Outlook. I see there's an Automatic Company Creation function, but I also see at least one message that said it causes problems. Can someone advise if the function is safe (or not)? This is v16 premium interfacing with both Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013.
2. I have two users who are on Office 2013. After scads of research and review, I see that Outlook 2013 apparently has eliminated the "Custom Actions" functionality that makes the rule to review incoming e-mails for attachment to an ACT! contact useless. Has anyone found a workaround?
