I use ACT Cloud Growth Suiite, I have used this on an old computer, online and the desktop version.
I have downloaded the desktop version to a new computer but cannot log in.
I have a feeling i might need to import my database from somewhere?
Any tips on how you got to know how to use the software? I find it so hard to get my head around?

You probably need a Remote database either moved from the other computer or created from the master database in Act's cloud. Suggest you call Act Support.

I am assuming you have installed a desktop copy of ACT on a PC and want a local copy of the server database on it.
Here is an article on creating a remote database from ACT for WEB for use on a PC or laptop.
If you synced a remote database before from this web based database you can go to item 14 and start from there.
