I recently configured a new computer for a user of ACT! Premium for Web Version 18.104.22.168. When we try to print from the Act Word Processor the Print dialog box doesn't open. There are no errors generated by the application or in the Windows Event Logs.
The machine is running Windows XP and IE 8 with all the latest updates and also has Office 2007 installed. We've added the ACT servers URL to the Trusted Sites Zone, There are other machines including the users old notebook that can access ACT on this server and print so that would rule out it being a server issue.
Has anyone had this issue or have any ideas on what to look at to fix this issue?
