Trial Version Has Expired

  • Act! Premium (Web) Version: 20.0.159.0 – Cloud Version
  • Local Machine – 1 User
  • Windows 10
  • Internet Explorer 11

I have been a paying member for 3 years and my current version doesn't expire until May of this year but just now, I received the attached message.  I can not access my database and am in the middle of a work day.  It is critical that I be able to get back in ASAP.

Hi ksdc414, are you still experiencing this error?

If so your best course of action would be to contact technical support on 866-873-2006, and we'll be able to take a look at what's going on.

Well it went away the day I posted the comment but now its back today again.  UGH!
