Currently we take messages for our boss and place them into our own body shop management program, which is designed to track vehicle repairs not contact messages. It works but its not searchable and just not the best way to do it. Recently he has asked to get an e-mail sent to him so he can get it on his phone and respond if necessary.
I'm trying to find out if there is a good way to track incoming calls for him and possibly send an e-mail at the same time. I found where you can add a history type, received call, but I didn't see a way to send an e-mail and more importantly a good report to run to display the calls he has gotten the previous day.
