Using ACT Premium 2012.
Is there any way to tell if someone has exported records to Excel? I don't see anything in History? We need to be able to determine this if at all possible.

this is not possible from within ACT. YOu can disable thier ability to export to excel (tools, manage users) but no history is generated when they do this.
