Noob alert! I am wondering if/how I can track support hours for customers within the software? I want to be able to assign an X-amount of hours per company, as purchased, and then be able to deduct time as they call in. Is there any automatic way to do this or do I need to manually note how many hours have been remaining?

A simple way would be to Schedule a task with that client to record the time spent, and produce a Time Spent report to list the completed tasks.
Another way would be to use TopLine Designer add-on. They have a pre-built solution with the "Service" add-on.
