Topline Dash Error

I recently upgraded to ACT 2012 and now whenever I create a new Topline Dash report using Topline Dash Manager, I get an error message the next time I try to open it (after exiting and re-opening ACT).  "There was a problem connecting to the OLEDB engine.  Please rebuild the ACT! OLEDB engine and try again."  I've rebuilt the OLEDB and still no luck.  This only happens on new reports I create in Topline Dash Manager.  The reports created before upgrading ACT work fine.  BTW - we moved ACT to a brand new server (Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard) and I'm now on Windows 7 (64-bit) workstation.  ACT Version 14.1.108.0.

Did you rebuild OLEDB 2.0?

Also, make sure you run Topline Update.

I ran OLEDB 2.0 update.  I also udated topline dash.  I have not issues when I run on the test database locally, so I assume it is a setting on the server or a network problem?
