I'm using ACT 2013 Premium and was a Beta Tester.
When I schedule something and the reminder box pops up, I get multiple instances of the reminder box. For example, If I snooze all items, it never goes away. It appears that there might be a corelation between the total number of items (for example 3 items) and the number of times I need to repeat the process; I need to snooze everything 3 times before it disappears.
If I minimize the box, I can minimize each succesive box as well; thats how I know there is more than 1 box.
How can I fix this, it is a pain and was never an issue in 2012?

We have seen this resolved by rebuilding the Sage ACT! Preference files; here is an article addressing this issue: KB Article 30685
