Act! Premium (Web) Version: 0.159.0 – Cloud Version

The email I received this week said that ACT! would be down today from 1pm-3pm EST. The notice on the login screen to ACT! said 1am. It is now 7:44am and I have been unable to access ACT! since 4:30am. For those of us who work on Saturday, this conflicting information and the fact that ACT! is down outside of either of these time periods makes its incredibly difficult to work and plan the day. Does anyone have an updated, accurate time frame for when this maintenance will be complete?
