anyone else having issues connecting to the Cloud Premium database for their company. For the past 2 hours we keep getting the message "This Site Cannot be Reached" and it won't load the webpage at all.

We don't work off the cloud, but we do synchronize to the cloud several times during the day. That appears to be working for us.
We were notified that a server upgrade was going to take place on Saturday.
I just tried logging in to to the server and was not able to get beyond the login splash screen after trying it 3 times.
They should at least send out an emergency eMail to all users when there is a serious problem.

We have been unable to log in since 10.45am
Eventually talked to support. we were told it was a problem with the "big server" and would be restored in an hour.
5 hours later - still no service and no one seems to care!
