Why I cannot do the backup? I got this error "the following error occurred during backup. the backup was cancelled. the directory name is invalid".
I had tried to search on help.act.com and in this forum. but, did not find the solution.
Which directory is invalid?
Act! Premium (web) version 21.0.

After the reboot if it continues try running a repair under tools - database Maintenance.
I know the error message does not seem to point to this but I have found this has resolved similar issues in the past.
