Running local Sage ACT! Premium Version 220.127.116.11
When attempting to log on get this error:
The database <DB NAME> could not be accessed......
I've tried the suggestions in the KB articles with no success.
Any help would be appreciated.

There are a lot of things that can cause this, but the most common is if SQL Server (ACT7) is stopped. Also, try turning off the windows firewall.
