I get the following error when trying to open a template.
The message filter indicated that the application is busy. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8001010A (RPC_E_SERVERCALL_RETRYLATER)).
I am running Windows 7 (32BIT) and MS Office 2007.
Has anyone come across this issue before?

Welcome to the Act! Online Community!
Try running the Act! program as Administrator. To do this: close Act! > right click on the Act! icon > select Run as Administrator. Test accessing your template.
If this does not resolve the issue, please respond and include which version of Act! you are running. Also, how are you accessing the template - Act Write menu > Edit template, or other?

I am running ACT! by Sage Premium 2009 (11.0) Version 188.8.131.527.
Also accessing the template through the write menu and it is a custom command that has been setup.
I have verified that the custom command is accessible.
