I get this message every single time I start up Outlook.
Curious, because I am not an ACT! Premium subscriber, but rather an CT! Pro subscriber.
Version of Act! Act! Pro Version 18.2.53.0, Update 4
Version of Office: 365
Database is local

Thanks again for the quick reply. I did that - there were two programs that had "ACT! Premium Web in their name. But as a result, I can no longer send e-mail from ACT! - I get a menacing error message (attached). I suspect their must have been a file that was with ACT! Pro that got removed.
Suggestions?

Thanks, but I'm running Windows 10. This KB doesn't provide a solution for that version
