Terminal Server ACT 2009 Premium and Outlook 2003 Quick Attach and History Error

Users in Terminal Server 2003 receive the following error, it did not occur with ACT 2008, but does occur with ACT 2009.

 

I receive the error "file not found" when using the quick attach option or ACT History option in Outlook.

 

I have reviewed article 23410 referring to the QPATH settings in registry. If this relates, can someone reply as to what they did to make this work.

 

Other suggestions appreciated.

That is the correct KB you should follow.  You will need to add the QPath to each TS user.
