Users in Terminal Server 2003 receive the following error, it did not occur with ACT 2008, but does occur with ACT 2009.
I receive the error "file not found" when using the quick attach option or ACT History option in Outlook.
I have reviewed article 23410 referring to the QPATH settings in registry. If this relates, can someone reply as to what they did to make this work.
Other suggestions appreciated.
