I have to create templates in different languages. For Templates in Russian, Japanese, Turkish and Vietnamese users are not able to open the templates. When they go to Write > Mail Merge and select Output Word Processor to see the template, they got a message saying "This command is not available because no document is open".
Templates work well with English, Spanish and Portuguese. I am thinking because these languages work with the same alphabet
The issue only happens using the web version (through Internet Explorer) desktop version works fine with all templates. Unfortunately 90% of our users access our db through the web.
