I have a remote user that is using a remote database for ACT Premium 9.0 ext version. She is not seeing all the templates in ACT. She can see some but not all. When we update one from the home office, she can see that change so it is not the server. Other remote users do not have this problem. Any suggestions on how to correct this?
If you are refering to MS Word templates then the user needs to have MS Word installed on their machines to see and use the templates. So the Word tempates may actually sync but if the user is set up to use the ACT word processor they wont see the Word templates via the ACT menus until they install Word on that machine. We had this problem with the server machine.
