Templates Not Syncing on Remote Database

Templates Not Syncing on Remote Database

I have a remote user that is using a remote database for ACT Premium 9.0 ext version.   She is not seeing all the templates in ACT.  She can see some but not all.  When we update one from the home office, she can see that change so it is not the server.  Other remote users do not have this problem.  Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Did you check to sync supplemental files when creating the RDB?
 
You can always manually copy the files in the supplemental folders on the server to her machine.

Yes I did check that.  I also recreated a new remote database and the same thing happened

What actual templates?
 
Do the files appear in the Templates folder?
 
If you add a template, sync and then look at the sync log, does it show the file was sent?

If you are refering to MS Word templates then the user needs to have MS Word installed on their machines to see and use the templates. So the Word tempates may actually sync but  if the user is set up to use the ACT word processor they wont see the Word templates via the ACT menus until they install Word on that machine. We had this problem with the server machine.
