We use custom made templates in our ACT system (Act! Premium update 7). They are word documents (Microsoft Office 365) on Windows 10. These templates have been in ACT! for years-and have been used without any problems. In the last couple of months, every once in awhile when we print a word doc that was created from a template, it prints skewed. All of the characters print vertically instead of in a readable format. We have tested it to see if we are messing up the margins, however cannot figure out what is causing it. Often, if we go back in and redo the template with the letter it will print correctly.
Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it? If it was always like this I would think it was user error. However, nothing has changed in the templates or in our process to create them. Just suddenly prints wrong.
