We are in Australia. Our master DB is set at US code but the remote is set at Australia. When we create a new contact in the master the phone format is in US. How do we get it set to Oz? I have checked the PC settings and they are all set at OZ.

Act! is using the Country of the user that creates a "contact" or "company"
so make sure that you have Australia in "My Record" for the users that are based in Australia, this should then default the new contacts/companys to Australia.
for using the right format, you need to configure the format used with Australia by using the ... button (and probably setting it for australia to no format)
