The office has 4 desktop users, and 4 laptop users with remote databases. Most of those users are problem free. There is one however, who is unable to synchronise from home, (possibly home router,) and also when synchronising in the office it would appear not all information is updated.
The main difference noted is that the user's task lists are completely different on the server to his laptop. One fix could possibly be to have the user backup their database, recreate a new remote database, and then import the old data. Is there another possibility to why the tasks are not updating?
Are there settings that the user may have changed that would affect his task list synchronising on the main server?
