Yup, there is.
The KB here http://kb.sagesoftwareonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13633/ shows how to set some activity types to roll over.
Normally I would set Calls and To-Do's to roll over.

Working as designed. Activities always roll ove to timeless to avoid conflicts.
