The Task List is listing the same task at least twice. The dupicates appear with ' Accept Tentative Decline' scheduling options at the top of the dialog box.
How can this be prevented? Each task should only be displayed once. That is, one task per row.
I am using Act! Premium Version 17.2.217.0

Hi Profiteer,
This is likely happening because you are scheduling activities with other users. Activities with other users send invitations to other users, which will then be added separately to other users task lists. This way, when an activity is cleared, each user can clear the activity in their own way, with individual details and/or follow ups.
When you view the task list, you have the option to Select Users in the task list filter bar. Using this option you can see the tasks of multiple users in the same list. The activities are showing multiple times because you have most likely selected to view the task list for all or multiple users in your database. Selecting to view tasks for only your user will hide any activities scheduled for other users, and should hide the duplicates.

Thank you. I appreciate the response. However, the task list would need to be displayed to include all or most uesers since it is important to see tasks that other staff members have requested of others (in order to determine which staff members are busy and which staff members have capacity for more assignments). Is that possible without having the same task appearing several times?
