Task List and User Privileges

Hi I have a user [A] trying to create a task and want to assign it to other users (or maybe a team of users). Is this possible without elevating the user to a Manager Role? Or at least allow the other users to clear the task?

 

I was only able to get it to show on other people's computers (assistants) but they are unable to check-off or 'Clear' the task on the Task List.

 

Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

 

p.s. - We're using ACT Premium 2011 13.0.

Welcome to the ACT! Online Community!

 

Have you tried using the Schedule > Grant Calendar Access option to have users set permissions for other users in regards to calendar activities?  You will need for each ACT! user to set up the permissions.

Have you tried using the Schedule > Grant Calendar Access option to have users set permissions for other users in regards to calendar activities?  You will need for each ACT! user to set up the permissions.
