Task List Priority Settings

I AM USING Act! Premium (Web) Version 18.0.501.0, Update 7 in windows 10 directly on the desk top. after creating a lookup from the task list the view is in alphabetical order not in date order can this be altered as in previous versions of act as I would like to call the list with oldest date first not in alphabetical order?

Re: Task List Priority Settings

Hi Allan,

It's not possible to 'carry over' column ordering from one type of record to another.
It's possible to order your task list in this way, with oldest first, but when you create a lookup of these tasks, you will be taken to the contact list view, which has its own ordering rules.

I would suggest changing your workflow to work directly from the filtered task list when calling the list.

You might like to look at this add-on to see if it is worth the investment to solve your need. Comes with a no cost trial period so worth a look.
