Using Act 2012 Premium. I am logged in a an administrator user & when I click on Create new Company from Contact I get the following error message
TBL_COMPANY_CUST_CustomerID_075514500 is a read only field. It cannot be modified.
I have checked the field security permissions as outlined in the knowledgebase article # 23937 & it is set to Full access for all users. Why is this? Thanks

Did you check all of the Company field security levels? You would need to highlight them individually in the field list, then select Field Security.
