Re: TAPI error

Hmmm haven't seen it before.

Does it happen regularly or only sometimes?
Have you updated to 9.01 and Hotfix 3?
If on a LAN does it happen on only one system or more?
Are you using any add-ons linked to ACT!?

Re: TAPI error

It started out sporadically and only a couple of times, it is beginning to occur with more consistency.  We have updated, and he is not accessing through a LAN he accesses through a WAN and uses Citrix. Also, only one user is experiencing this.

Re: TAPI error

See this KB on Hotfix 3
You are running 9.01?
You can check the version and Hotfix in Help | About

The user is running under Citrix... are the other users running on the same Citrix server?

Re: TAPI error

Hotfix 3 has the same issues as Hotfix 1. What's different?

Re: TAPI error

So they're on the LAN?
Are there other users connecting in the same way?
Do they use any ACT! addon?
Any phone connection?

I always assume anything with TAPI is a phone link... but might not be the case her. Still thought I'd ask

Have you checked the version - 9.0.0 or 9.0.1?
