We are running Act! Premium version 19.2.146 update 5 at the office and users are experiencing a red x on the box of certain contacts. When trying to add a note they receive a 'Exception of type "system.outofmemoryexception" was thrown' error. Certain contacts will produce these errors every single time. The act server has 38 GB of memory so this shouldn't be an issue.
We need to have access to these clients and this error is preventing us from updating client information. I have searched this issue and all I could find is knowledge base article about how this only affects version 19.1 and earlier.
Any insight into this issue would be appreciated.

No this issue hasn't been solved yet. We have been working around this issue since it occurred the best we can. We are going to a new CRM in the future so we don't ever expect to see a resolution.
