We have a very serious problem with Universal Search not working on SAGE ACT! 2012 Premium.
This is one of the Core functionalities that our Company is using and it is working for just a couple of hours after restarting ACT! Service Host Windows Service. Then, we receive this error in ActSearchService Log:
Exception in IndexAgent.RunThread()() for ourDatabase : Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.
This is repeating on every 3 seconds since IndexUpdateInterval is workgin on every 3 seconds.
Does anybody knows how is this IndexAgent working and why is this happening? We have one index on attachments cca 16GB. Our system is working on 12GB RAM.

One short notice...
I was monitoring this error and found out that this is just an indication that Universal Search will soon (in around 20 mins) stop working.
What is actually happening is that the service on net.tcp://actserver:8112/searchservice becomes unavailable on the local server
And one more thing - we have 2 databases with attachments of around 65GB in total.
Maybe this amount of data is too much for ACT!
