Is there a way to sync the Act! Office Client to the Act! Web and also the Outlook calendar? I have been reading everything I can but can't seem to figure it out. Any help or direction would be appreciated!

Now is there a way to sync your Offline Client Act! database to the Web Client Act! database first and use the Offline Client layout instead of the Web Client layout?
Also, we tried creating a Remote Database Synchronization but got the error: "the database was not created successfully a database with the specified name already exists" ....I found this article:
however, it's not on the local PC. It looks like it's showing up on the Web Client side. Any ideas on how to correct this?

Are you an Act! Premium Cloud customer?
You can use either the Web Interface or the Offline Client in daily use, so long as you sync regularly with the server to keep the data up to date.
