Synchronizing Remote Database Error

Unfortunately, I have had horrible customer service with ACT on numerous accounts.  I always get disconnected or rejected, and my problems never get solved. I've also recently been denied help because I don't have a "support plan" when I still have my free-30 day trial. I am fed up with that. Anyways, that's not my real issue. 

 

While synchronizing one of my remote databases, I receive this message: ACT Sync error.png

 

No clue what this even means, and I am at a loss. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

The only problem I have come across with Remote Database Synch is when using a Picture field which was being populated with high resolution photos.

This was only resolved by removing all the photos!

Maybe this is your problem?

Sadly, we need every photo we have. This is how we distinguish our inventory. Deleting them isnt an option. Any other suggestions?
