Unfortunately, I have had horrible customer service with ACT on numerous accounts. I always get disconnected or rejected, and my problems never get solved. I've also recently been denied help because I don't have a "support plan" when I still have my free-30 day trial. I am fed up with that. Anyways, that's not my real issue.
While synchronizing one of my remote databases, I receive this message:
No clue what this even means, and I am at a loss. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Sadly, we need every photo we have. This is how we distinguish our inventory. Deleting them isnt an option. Any other suggestions?
