I have installed ACT 2012 on a Windows 8 laptop and it works fine EXCEPT I use a remote database and I can't get it to sync. I get this error message:
Synchronisation has failed. Synchronisation failed due to server log problems. Contact your system administrator for assistance.
Can anyone advise how to fix this issue?
I'm running Windows 8 Pro, 64 bit and the ACT version is 2012, 22.214.171.124 Hot Fix 4.
