Act! Version 22.214.171.124, Update 3
Running local RDBs that sync with the Cloud - every RDB in our office is getting this error after the weekend's maintenance - tried what was suggested in the Act knowledgebase article with regard to this specific error. Wondering if this is a universal problem after they did whatever they did this weekend or specific to our company.

Since no one replied, yes this was a problem as a result of the weekend's maintenance.
The Sync issue has since been fixed.
However, there is a new problem identified.
When entering notes in the detail tab of scheduling an activity, the content is lost if you switch to another tab and back again.
Swiftpage support is aware of this problem and will be providing a solution as soon as possible, so I'm told.

Yeah, Act support finally emailed me back 36 hours later blaming the site being down for maintenance for the sync issue - they obviously did not read my support ticket that this was on MONDAY, AFTER the maintenance was over.
Thank you for alerting me of the new issue, isn't that fun?
The more they do, the more things that go wrong it seems lately. We've had nothing but problems in the last few months.

It kind of brings back the day when Symantec owned ACT.
Maybe we need a new word, " Symantecing " meaning to take a working feature that works and fix it so it doesn't.
