Synchronization failed

When syncing the remote database with the online version I get the following message:

 

Synchronization failed.The remote database using a different ACT! version than the main database. Contact your administrator for assistance.

 

I am the administrator. Is this related to the recent upgrade of ACT! ?

The versions must be the same. If you are using V18 and one has now got the SP1 patch each user must apply the same patch for sync to work.

To add  to above -

 

In ACT go to Help - About ACT. This will show version and patch numbers.
