Synch Sets for multiple teams that call on the same account.

I have synch sets defined by Record Manager - Reps sell Copy Machines.

 

We want to have a different set of sales reps call on the same accounts selling IT services.  Anyone have recommendations on how to define the synch set for the new "team?"

 

Accounts are not necessarily by region, zip code, etc.

The first question is: What criteria do the reps currently use to determine which account to call?

 

It doesn't appear that they are using Record Manager currently, so it would not be a good candidate for your sync set.  Once you determine the criteria currently in use, you may want to create some additional fields in the database to allow for different reps, then create new sync sets to match.
