Synch Bug

I'm not sure how to report a technical issue, so I'm posting it here:

 

1) I am in a contact on the Publisher database.

2) User deletes the same record in the Remote database and synchs.

3) Refresh view on the Publisher database.

4) Publisher Act session terminates with a Null record error.

 

Hope this helps someone.

This occurred during testing my synch configuration.

Hello Craig,
What is the exact error message you are seeing? Usually when a contact is deleted in a remote, the remote syncs and that record has also been accessed in the Publisher, the changes with this latest timestamp will win.
