I am using google sync with Act Prem 2012.
The calendar is working and the initial transfer of contacts worked but it is not keeping new contacts updated.
I am running as admin.
Afraid to start over as I don't want duplicates.

If you create a contact on Google, and in Act! and try to sync, do either of the contacts show up in the other system? I'm looking to see if this is a two-way issue, or not. Recently I've seen varying results when runniing across Contact synchronization issues.
