HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT !!!!!!
I have been using this product for over 15 years and have never seen such an unresolved mess.
Upgraded my office so we could use the Google Calendar Synchronization feature. It does nto wrok and they have no idea when they are going to fix it.
Does Swiftpage know what they are doing ????????????????
A partial refund is due to all users of version 17.

Thank you all for your patience.
I understand the impact this can cause when critical functions of the business fail us.
We have addressed this issue in the next release of Act!, v17.1. This is due to be publicly released on 2/26. This comes along with numerous other enhancements and defect fixes.
We are also addressing this in the most current version of Act! v16, 16.2. I expect to have a small hotfix to address the Google Sync issue available by 2/9.
As we continue to develop, I'll update this thread.
