Sync with Outlook Calendar and Contact do not work

Hi,

 

Everything was working fine until we update the computer to Windows 7. I have other computers on the same network that are working fine.

 

I verified every setup and they are identical on all machines.

 

We have a lot of security here and its been a nightmare so far to make everything work. To activate the complement in Outlook and to be able to register an history when we were sending an email from ACT! we have to always launch Outlook in admin mode. If we do not do this, Outlook does not sends back any information.

 

If we try a synchronization from Outlook or from ACT! nothing is working. We are seeing the cursor change and some action seems to start, but after a few second, nothing change and no synch...

 

Any ideas?
