Sync main databases

Hello All,

I am trying to set up (3) three databases to sync together.  One is located on a shared server, the database is called masterdatabase (4 employees use this currently).  The other (2) two are databases are on the outside salesmen's laptops.  My question is, is there a way to have these (3) three databases sync together every 5 or so days?  If not, is there any other means in which we can share each other's information without creating remote databases?

System Info:

ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 Version 12.1.181.0

ACT! Network Sync is also Installed

Thanks!!

Re: Sync main databases

You would need to merge the databases onto a central server and create remotes for the other two to sync to it.

Re: Sync main databases

It's a hub and spoke model. Once you merge the different databases into a "Master" database, your can create your remote databases and deploy them.  After that, on each client machine, you can configure the ACT scheduler (Tools, ACT Scheduler) and set the sync schedule to whatever you desire.
