Hi @edgie311,
I would like to confirm where this error message appears and if possible at which stage during the remote database sync?
Can you confirm that both your remote and publisher machine have enough space for the synced information.
Do you also have any other remote database that are syncing ok or failing?

I'm sure I saw this a long time ago and a re-boot of the act server fixed it, so it might be worth a try

check free hard drive space on the sycn server or database server. ACT need extra space to complete the function

The DB is around 2 gigs and I have 10 times that in free space. I am now getting the error that I do not have enough space on the disk.

At a guess, it's because the free space is a multiple of 4. It's an MS issue ultimately, see this kb here: http://kb.act.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14362/
