Hi, i have set up one of my salesmen with act, all seemed to install ok, but did get a message regarding outlook not been the default email??
anyway, when i try and sync the shared database i get the following error, please help, as my sales team are not in all the time and it could take a while for me to get this applied.

Do you have - exactly - the same version of ACT on both machines that are Synchronising?
Check Help > About ACT! to see what version you have.
