Just had the same error as this thread: http://community.act.com/t5/General/Data-Base-will-no-longer-sync/m-p/147066#M229
Where when attempting sync on the remote database we get the error "Could not find file Act Network Sync\syncml_represent_v11_20020215".
Per thread above, the solution was to re-install the ACT! Network Sync Service.
I would have replied to thread above saying it helped, but there was no reply button....
Also, there didn't seem to be a KB mentioning this error (at least, not that I could find).
